Our story starts in 1946 when Joseph Tripoli moved to Buffalo, New York, to go into business as a manufacturer’s representative.  The J.V. Tripoli Company represented some of the most recognized manufacturers in the industrial and process controls business. 

In 1972, I joined my father’s company as a sales engineer responsible for accounts such as Bethlehem Steel, General Motors, Allied Chemical & Dye, and American Steamship.  I had the benefit of learning about steam and process controls from some of the best in the industry.

In May of 1978, I formed a new company to represent a number of steam specialties, and process controls manufacturers in the Rocky Mountain Region.  For over thirty years, we developed strong partnership relationships with end users, consultants, contractors, and wholesale distributors.  We made it our mission to provide high quality products, along with product training and support to insure our customers successful results.

In 2016 ThermaFlo Equipment was formed.  Some new faces, and some old.  The mission is still the same; to bring high quality equipment, service, and support to steam users throughout our territory. 

From our centrally located office and warehouse, we service Colorado, Wyoming, North and South Dakota, Montana, Utah, Iowa, Kansas, and Nebraska.

We understand steam, and how to make it work for you.  Our products include domestic hot water heating packages, building convertors, boiler feed packages, condensate return systems, deaerators, and clean steam generators.  From our facility, we maintain one of the largest inventories of steam specialty products to serve the western plains and the Rockies.  

To all of our customers new and old, thank you for your loyalty, support, and for being the reason for our continued success.  I am excited to be working with our next generation to insure that we continue to provide the same high level of service that was established back in 1946.
